In 2026, ELL was once again included in the exclusive group of companies recognized by the organization "Great Place To Work®" for their outstanding corporate culture.

93% of respondents at ELL are "proud of what we achieve together here, " 88% believe they can "make a significant contribution here," and 95% have high or very high confidence in the company's leadership. This represents a significant improvement in our ratings compared to last year!

With an unbeatable 100% in Germany and 96% in Austria, the overall rating is also well above the corresponding benchmarks for comparable companies (70% in Germany and 60% in Austria, respectively). The participation rate was 91%, and the anonymous survey was conducted in October 2025.
